Emily is a cancer sufferer who has recovered from three years. Facing her pain again, her best friend Nina plans to go on weekends. Six friends roam into a rural vacation home to party over the weekend. Separated from other parts of the world, they soon learned that their inhabitants were red neck people who crawled and insulted their opponents. At the same time, para-normal monsters were seen compiling faceless men haunting the house pushing friends to their limits.
